Job Description
The successful candidate will take complete charge of managing and developing the business in India. He will effectively market the company’s courses and increase new business through expanding the database, developing strategic partnerships with relevant organizations and building relationships with new as well as existing clients. The candidate must have a Business degree or Marketing experience, a good track record of achieving targets with around 3-5 years working experience.
The important attributes required for the job are:
• High degree of self-motivation and determination.
• Good decision making skills.
• Result-oriented and able to and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English. Working knowledge of Hindi would be preferable.
• Good computer skills and well versed in the use of Office packages, mail and Internet usage.
• Enthusiastic and outgoing temperament.
Compensation will include a good base salary plus attractive profit sharing incentives
