1. Drafting patent specifications
2. Filing patent aplications
3. Prosecuting patent applications including attending to examination report and attending hearing at the patent office
4. Technical support in patent litigation
5. Patent search and analysis
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Must be a Patent Agent having passed the Patent Agent Examination of Govt. of India;
2. Post Graduate Or Graduate with good academic records;
3. Engineering Stream – Mechanical , Computer Science , Electronics & & IT only;
4. Flair for research;
5. Ability to write and think in impeccable English;
6. Excellent computer skills –must be adept at operation /use of computer applications such as MS office, Internet application, Autocad, Catia,Photoshop, Corel Draw etc.
Terms
1. Candidates will be required to sign a contract for a minimum period of three years.
