Explore potential areas of involvement and potential partners for HIV AND AIDS projects in non-ADP areas. Identify, develop and monitor HIV AND AIDS projects in non-ADP areas and facilitate the day-to-day implementation and operations of the project in coordination with the different partners and project staff. Provide technical support in ADP areas and will work towards mainstreaming of HIV AND AIDS Initiatives in these areas. Develop strategic linkages with MoH, GO, NGO, FBO and in dialogue and network for resource sharing, building coalitions & partnerships. Develop / adapt Standard Operating Procedures for the HIV AND AIDS Projects. Responsible for consolidating and submitting monthly and quarterly reports to, MoH and WV International or Support Countries in accordance with the reporting requirements of the funding and cooperating agencies. Conducts regular visits to all areas and ensures that guidelines and standards for all special grant funded HIV and AIDS projects are implemented in the project areas and are consistent with the approved management plan. Network and maintain harmonious working relationship with the representatives of the funding agencies. Develop/Review Proposals guided by WV Protocols and build staff capacities in proposal writing
