Job Description
- Estimate/Prepare/Monitor the given Bill of Quantities as per schedule
- Control commercial operations and minimize cost.
- Coordination of working relationships with key clients internally and externally key to the project.
- Actively participate in monthly project review meeting
- Review Bill of Quantities and rates given in estimates
- Cost estimate finalization
- Report financial status of the project periodically and monitor profits achieved
- Preparing & certifying the contractor bills,
- Verification of Physical measurement of Quantities for Labor & Sub-contractor bills
- Provide data analysis and interpretation as and when required by project managers/in-charge.
Competent in Quantity Estimation, Rate Analysis for Civil/ Structural - High rise buildings.
- Working knowledge in MS EXCEL, AUTOCAD PRIMAVERA, MS PROJECT and relevant softwares.
- Exposure to tendering/ quantity estimation/ billing of projects such as educational buildings and high end residential buildings
- Planning and forecasting skills, advising the Project Managers on cost management.
