1. Preparing and issuing hire and laytime statements. 2. Handling of port DAs/ bunker/ P&I/Wx routing and brokerage invoices. 3. Keep close track on payments and receipts of funds 4. Closely work with operation and finance team in coordinating and providing accounting support. 5. Communicate with owners, charterers, agents, brokers regarding receipt of funds/payments etc Desired Candidate Profile 1. B.com, Fresher (or) with accounting experience in Shipping / Logistics industry desirable. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Good knowledge of MS Excel, outlook and general usage of computers.
