Job Description
Be part of the User Interface initiatives in the Advanced Services solutions engineering organization to develop innovative, market leading products and solutions for video applications in Sports & Entertainment and other verticals.
Desired Candidate Profile
* Must have solid Computer Science background with User Interface engineering, architecture, design and implementation,with solid hands-on design and coding experience in user interface for products and solutions that involve distributed.
* Architecture and integration of multiple products and systems.
* Technical Requirements:
* Senior UI engineer with core strengths in building large/complex web and rich internet UI applications with significant experience in Adobe Flex and portals, information architecture, UI architecture, user experience, design,
* modeling and implementation
* Experience in building User Interfaces for large scale, multi-tier applications using Java, J2EE, Spring/OSGi, SOA,
* Web 2.0, Flex/Flash, Ajax, web portals, JSP, BPM, work flow, middleware, databases, web services, REST and open source
* frameworks. Experience in enterprise integration with systems such as CRM, B2B, PoS, merchandising, payment,
* collaboration, video, content delivery, management and monitoring systems desirable
* • Prolific Adobe Flex, ActionScript, Flash, DHTML, CSS, Java/JSP, Javascript coding skills and experience in laying out
* the fundamental building blocks, core foundation and frameworks
* • Experience in performance tuning large scale web based application.
* Other Requirements:
* Excellent communication, collaboration and leadership skills
* • Self-driven
* • Experience in full product development lifecycle of large/complex products
* • Significant experience working in SCRUM or other agile development methodologies
* • Background in User Interface for large scale content/video management, distribution and control desirable
