Job Description
Must Have Skills:
* 4 - 6 years of Testing Experience (Automated Test Plan, Test Strategy, Test Scripts)
* Minimum 3 years experience in Test Automation
* Minimum 2 years experience in QuickTest Professional (9/10)
* Minimum 1 year experience in Open source testing frameworks (Selenium, Watir)
* Programming in scripting languages (Perl/Ruby/VBScript/JavaScript)
* Experience in developing adaptive/reusable script modules for test automation of a web application (minimal use of Record/Playback)
* Experience in Designing Automation Tests
* Experience in designing and implementing Test Automation Frameworks
* Experience in using Quality Center
* Create automated test plan, prioritize script development
* Estimating automation testing effort
* Knowledge of different Testing Methodology
* Test Plan, Test Case, Test Reports Development experience
* Ability to analyze Requirements and Technical detailed design documents and pull out test scenarios and required test data
* 2+ years of database experience (Oracle/SQL Server ) (query, stored procedures, test data generation), Database Testing
* Test Data – Creates data using SQL or in other appropriate formats to treat test databases upon which test can be administered.
* Experience on various test cases (unit, system test, integration test, UAT, black box)
* 2+ Experience in Configuration & Change Management
* Knowledge of full Software Development Lifecycle
* Worked on various projects (Java/J2EE, .Net, web components, client server, Migration, Conversion projects, Web services)
Nice to have skills:
* Performance testing experience (Load Runner)
* MS Team Test, TFS
* Object Oriented Programming
* Java/.Net hands on experience
* Business Analysis Experience
* Other automated tool experience
* Exposure in CMMI Framework
* White box Testing
