Role Requirements:
* Should be strong in Core Java, J2EE, JSP
* Experience in Struts and Hibernate is a mandatory
* Should be strong in any database (Oracle/My-SQL)
* Experience in JMS and MQ-Series would be an added advantage
* Should have experience in Effort estimation, work allocation and Scheduling
* Should have experience in leading a team of min 5 members
