Job Description
Support all of CSC's network management application - SMARTS, Concord, NetPArse, NetTP, NetEISS, NetCM, NetLatency, etc.. Provide network management support including installs, operations, reporting, integrating applications, provisioning, troubleshooting, working with customers. Master numerous capabilities from these applications and know how to bring the best value out of applications based on customer requirements.
